At the Arctic Energy Forum (AEF), participants try to navigate the Green Energy Transition in the Arctic by charting a path for responsible governance for thriving northern communities. Carbon Iceland was invited to present the ‘Carbon Iceland Model’ that can help communities thriving and reaching a better future with more environmentally friendly fuel for industries and transportation. After Carbon Iceland’s presentation, Carbon Iceland has been contacted multiple times to present our model at a deeper level. The conference in Akureyri was a successful one, with participants from all over the arctic region.
